The hospital atmosphere is so far away from the hospital you used to visit, the place with live music and always smiling stuff. Everyone is so patient and friendly fully concentrating on the patient. Any kind of request or check up is made promptly and on time. The stuff is always available and ready to assist you. In case of language difficulties there is always a translatior for to help you and to avoid any misunderstanding. Definitely recommend as the best quality service and follow up of the patient.

They make you over pay, 150€ just to see a doctor and then they add more charges as they please, and they didn’t bother to take my vitals and just put in random numbers. They promise that they will write a detailed report for the insurance claim but then they end up writing a superficial report that didn’t even include my diagnosis, so the claim ends up getting rejected. It’s a money grabbing scam, and you can feel that vibe as soon as you step in the hospital.

I took my 10 month old daughter on the 5th of September at 6:30pm who bad blisters and bleeding from her mouth. We were told that there wasn’t pediatrician available but instead another doctore could see my baby. At first i refused and told them I would like to drive to Aci Badem Bodrum Hospital instead but they reassured me that the doctor was good and will look at my baby. The doctor walked in with a very strong smell of cigarettes, the consultantion was very brief and took no more than 3 minutes with very minimal explanation, I was quickly rushed to the counter and billed €130 euros. This place is a SCAM and should be avoided!

I dont recommend you to go their emergency services especially if you have a baby. Their doctor Serkan Ozkok has given my 6.5 months old baby a spray form of medicine (imumax kids and baby)that includes honey which is strictly forbidden to give babies up untill one year old. Babies throat might get swollen because of honey if they have an allergy to honey!! Could you imagine what he could cause ??? He gave some other medicines which were totally cancelled after one day by their consultant pediatrician. I will complain him to every single health authority in Turkey. It is his chance that we are out of country otherwise there is no doubt that this issue would be solved in the courts. However their pediatrician, nurses and administrators were really helpful with any issue.

Incredible experience!! The attention was extremely professional, the facilities were very clean, the staff spoke English, the time to see a doctor was a few minutes and to top it all off, round trip transportation to and from my hotel was provided including a stop at the pharmacy for my medicine. Should you have the inconvenience to have to see a doctor while in bodrum during your holidays don't hesitate to visit clinic international!

Awful place. After a 4 minute removal of two 1mm splinters from my foot I was handed a bill for almost 500 euros. I refused to pay that extortionate amount, and said I would pay no more than 100 euros. After they followed me back to my hotel I then spent the next hour with an angry man shouting down the phone at a translator, until they finally agreed that 100 euros would suffice. Avoid at all costs.

They only want your money! Dont go there, wouldnt recommend at all!! If the money doesnt talk for you they dont even answer your questions if you ask. Not even when you are in total pain and panic! They just wont care. So if by chance take any other hospital or faciility of health care. Avoid this place under every circumstance!!!
